Throttle body potetniometer replacement or ?

Hi, is there a direct replacement for faulty throttle body potentiometer ? Or is it possible to replace whole TB to another, of different kind, motor, aftermarket , which suits up directly ?

Engine 3B, ofcourse.
I'm running single coils and AAN ecu conversion, and i'm considering TB replacement, because there are symptoms that tells me, that my stock 3B T.B. is pretty sure at the end of its life, so I'm thinking - get a new one 3B TB aftermarket/or used, OR go to bigger TB with different potentiometer ? What are the options ? Did anyone put different TB to the 3B/AAN engine ?

I had to replace mine (ABY), and it was an original Bosch part that I got from the Bosch dealer
