    Were does those connectors lead ?
    And what are those 3 cables that are connected to steel plate ?
    is there any good schematics on the electric harness to get ?

    2nd photo: I think that's the blue anodized alloy heat-sink plate on which are mounted the resistors that give you the different rad fan speeds. Are either of the 1st photo connectors from that?

    I've no schematic but here are some neighbourhood tips from 20v.org which may apply depending on model year:

      Aha .. ok .. i have a stand alone ecu ,, so my fan is connected to that ,, so i really dont need the heat zink plate connected ,, correct ?
      You mean the maybe one of the 2 connectors is to the fan original ?

        Re need plate: No, I wouldn't say that, perhaps your car still needs more than simply either fan on or fan off.

        Re original fan wiring: Possibly that black rubber booted one is for the at fan connection IIRC.

          Round 3pin ir for windscreen washer pump, square 3pin ir radiator thermal switch.
