    Audi B4 engine swap ABC to AFC

    Hello all,

    Does anyone has experience or knows a tread about B4 engine swap ABC to AFC?

    I have an Audi 80 Avant Quattro with a sleepy ABC engine. I'm looking for approx 200hp with modest investments. Other swap suggestions very welcome.

      AFC is a boat anchor. you should consider the 2.8L 30V engine

          Thanks. My mistake- I'm considering an ACK, not AFC.

          Is it a straight forward swap?

              AAN would be a nice option but if that's too expensive, what about a 1.8t? Can be tuned up and readily available.

                  Thanks. 1.8t is the other option considered.

                  AAN is wanted, but for future project car (currently looking for a good body).
