adjustable chain gear

just wondering if i need the adjustable chain gear for both cams or just one?

only one but if you want to get the benefits out of both you need also a cam gear.

/\ Yes, you only need the adjustable sprocket on the intake cam.
Exhaust cam is adjusted using an adjustable pulley, the intake cam angle is adjusted using adjustable sprocket.
