3b stock boost / limp boost?

What should the stock 3b boost be? And with the pressure regulator unpluged?
I've heard that the limp boost should be 0.4bar, but I can't get mine under 0,65 peak..
with the N75 plugged in i still don't get more boost, so it's probably broken..getiing a new one tomorrow... but my consern now is the limp boost.. I got a MRC chip waiting to get installed, but I do want everything to be in perfect order before installing..
I have 3" catback exhaust.. could this be the reason for the 0,65bar boost in limp, instead of the 0,4bar i should be..?
I have the WG spring regulator screw in top position..

Take a look at the top of the wastegate to see if you can see the allen key at the top, it may be that a stiffer WG spring has been fitted to it causing the higher boost. How are you sure that it is in limp home mode?

Yes I can see the allen key at the top, and I have turned it all the way counter clock wise.. (did I get that correct? to the left )
I think it's in limp home mode, because I unpluged the connector to the valve and it made noe difference to the boost or performance.. though the vag-com did not give any fault codes on the N75, but on "manifold pressure to high" came up on test during idle and "idle motor open", but I have sorted the pressure problem out now, one of the hoses had a tight bend, giving no pressure/ vacum to the map..
The car feels a little bit sluggish on low rpm..
It may have been fitted a stiffer spring, but I don't think so, as it was stock when I bought it.. but they had adjusted the spring..

Since you have adjusted the spring it will need adjusting back. Leave the WGFV unplugged and do a few runs in 4th gear uphill. Peak boost should be 0.6bar on WG spring pressure alone. Then you can put WGFV back in

aha.. then everything is OK then.. it peaks 0,6-0,65 with the WGFV unpluged... someone else told me it should be 0,4bar peak.. ..?..

might be worth double checking on www.s2central.net but pretty sure its 0.6bar

mm.. did not find anything there, except that the peak boost is 0,83 stock.. (at 2000 rpm.. I have about 0,3-0,5 there)
Every information I can find elsewere is 0,4-0,45 bar limp boost.. hmm

Did change the WGFV today, at it now peaks 0,85 like i should... but still haven't got peak boost before 2000rpm.. more like 3000rpm... now what could be wrong.....??

That sounds correct to me. Peak torque @<2000rpm was only in Audi's dreams.

puuuh... sounds good I did get it to peak 0,8bar @2000rpm in 5th uphill
I don't get 0,8bar at all in 1st or 2nd, maybe in 3rd.. but it may be my gauge beeing to slow.. industrial fluid type, and when cold that stuff is thick! it even drops slow..
