which 2.5 block for stroker??

as my engine is in bits again im thinking about going down the stroker route.
Which block is best to use? A engine code would help.
i cant find a definitive answer

AEL or AAT are almost the same good. It depends which one is more widespread in your country. I have AAT engine block
