Valve guide replacement cost

What would be a baseline cost to replace the valve guides in an AAN/3B head if supplied the loose head and guides + the valves?
I.e only the labour.

That's really going to vary on who you use to do it mate. I had some of mine on an old 3B head reamed out and some form of spiral insert was used. The machine shop recommended this over replacement as they said the inserts were better material. Think they were £15 each. I think some folk have found the items supplied as replacements by some vendors don't have the step on them too. Worth checking before purchasing.

Yes, very common, and a good solution, can mean minimal valve seat cutting.
