Hi , the oilfilter circulate oil at all temperaturs ,, correct ? There is somekind of thermostat in there , but that termostat is for the extra outputs for example to a oilcooler .. correct ? If my car has low oil temperature without the oil cooler , how do i get it up to temperature ? Because you want it to temperature so it evaporates all moisture. What is normal oil temperature ? Best Regards

Yes, the oil filter has oil flowing through it at all temperatures and if you have an external oil cooler fitted then the thermostat in the oil filter housing will try and regulate the oil temperature. I believe the thermostat in the oil filter housing is set to 70 degrees.
Oil temperature without a cooler fitted will track the water temperature so normal oil temperature is 90 degrees. If you work the engine hard the oil temperature will rise maybe to as much as 130+ degrees. That oil temperature will come down more quickly to the temperature of the engine (90 degrees) if you have an external cooler fitted.
Your car can't have low oil temperature without a cooler fitted because in this case the oil temperature will always follow the water temperature. It may take longer to get there but it will match the water temperature eventually. If you have low oil temperature, either your oil temperature gauge isn't reading correctly or your water temperature is also low. -
