Hi All,
I've been searching but can't find a thread which covers this specific issue.
The radiator fan stopped kicking in at around one notch over 90 degrees last week on my 1994 ABY coupe. I assume this is the normal temperature for the fan to start? The after run ****ion is operating normally, starting at around 110. I have since replaced the fan switch (which was my first thought) but the fan will not start until 90 + 4 notches. I suspect the MFTS may be the culprit or could it be a further problem with the fan switch? The car starts normally from cold, warms up normally and maintains around 87 degrees while underway (presume the stat is ok) and other than the fan issue behaves normally. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance and what an S2 knowledge base!
