Oil cooler issue, ideas guys?

Hey there peeps! Hope you are good. I took my oil cooler off my s2 as it was rusting away. I ended up doing the oil cooler upgrade, where I moved the oil cooler to in front of the engine. The oil cooler is now rubbing against the powersteering pump wheel and i dont want to drop the all my oil. So i need to move it, or remove it and install the old oil cooler.

So in thepictures attached is theold oil cooler i wish to attach, but the attached bracket and casing are rusted to bits. Does anyone here have these parts in good condition? Or can suggest anyting helpful to do here?

Thank you, I am trying to remount my current one, to a better place in the front now and with the new engine mounts, hopefully should not get collisions.

So I dont need one right now. Thanks, but its good to know.
