what are s2 pistons rods worth ?

just lookign for an idea what i shoudl pay for a good set of rods & pistons

well i'm looking at putting them in a vw 4 pot, i think 300 horses in a golf will keep me happy for a while, just don't want a 20 v 4 cyl

120€ for rods and pistons?Are you sure??Did you mean only for rods?
Pistons are pretty strong.My friend runs round 500HP on them without problems, but rods are weak, like you said..
