I have recently put a new software that should be running my newly converted 3b to rs2 specification. The problem that I get is that the car is running at 1200 rpm on idle constantly and with very rich mixture. When I put back my old chip (270 hp one) the car runs normally at 850 and very nice mixture. Rs2 turbo, injectors, EM, IC put on 3B. I won't name the tuner yet because I do not know what is the problem still.
Are these chips for an AAN or ABY rather than a 3B? Did you change the MAP sensor from 2.0 Bar to 2.5 bar or ??? I suspect that you have software that is not fully compatible with your hardware.
Or it could be a sticky ISV or a bad coolant sensor (the latter would make the engine seem cold to the ECU and result in higher idle and rich mixture).

the software is for 3B. I have replaced the map sensor to 3Bar. I have checked ISV and that's ok. Also the car runs OK with previous chip so I would write off some sensor not working. I am just wondering could it be that a tuner would deliberately open up fuel and is that a practice.
Well, that being the case, you need to go back to your tuner and discuss the matter. Anything we say here is pure conjecture and speculation. You need an answer from your tuner.
