    Re - Misfire

Yet again despite being rid of misfire for 2 months or so it is back again.

I have noted that when my S2 gets hot enough for the fans to cut in due to being stood in traffic for a while thefan kicks in then the idle goes all lumpy then when i try to pull away she misfires. above 2000rpm the problem seems to clear and when she is cool like at the start of each journey either to wprk in the morn or back from work in the evening the problem is not present but if i get caught in road works towards the end of these journeys the temp climbs, in comes the fan and then the misfire begins.

any suggestions as to what to try to resolve the problem would be greatly appreciated.

    Could be,,,
The 2nd speed is only working on your engine fan, this ****** sups big amps. if your alternator is not doing the juice it should be, then the voltage in all systems will be too low, ok after 2000 rpm when the alternator is spinning faster, but below your volts are too low. Check your meter,
Slows the fuel pump and weakens the spark.
