Hp vs Intercooler size

How do u dertermine the zise for a intercooler if u run 400hp

It is more than just the size you need to consider, also look at the pressure drop across the IC, how much time will be spent on high boost, the efficiency of your turbo, ambient temp and where the car will be driven most of the time e.g. on track, on the road etc

At that BHP the RS2 would be a good choice and easy fit but if you think you will in the future go up on that level of BHP then may be a ebay cooler like the one in bo's thread.

Yeah, they are good quality, big and cheap.I can supply crossmember too so its easy enough to fit
