    injectors adaption (running rich)

    Hi

I have one question. I know ecu can "learn" some values.

So, I have 3b engine, witch has mapped for green injectors (turbo, etc).
One day I just wanted to try a 600cc/min injectors. Car was terrible, idle too. At the wot a/f was aroung 8-9, even when we dropped fuel pressure below 1bar (with vacuum - normally around 3 with vacuum). So, we put old injector back and turned fuel pressure like it was.

All is ok, but at the wot still to rich (spooling around 9 and max. boost around 10-11). So, I have driven this way couple of day' s . . . I tried to disconnect ecu for first time 2h, then about half a day, still nothing. For a last I turned a fuel pressure to 1,5bar (with vacuum) and seems ok, but fuel consumption is bigger.

So, how could I solve this problem?

    regards,
    marek

I know that, I have problem now even with old injectors, witch was working before just fine. If I turn all like it was before, I got too rich mixture. Tried to restart ecu, but still nothing.

Well id say your fuel pressure is not the same as it was prior to the swap

How do you know fuel is rich? As there no mention of AFR ratios only boost levels?

ehh, where I mentioned boost levels?
I' m using a 30psi overboost, sometimes even 35psi peak, drop 25 to redline. Anyway, that' s not the point.

Look at the first post, all there. I use wideband and figures is there

I’m pretty sure that your fuel pressure isn’t 100% the same as it was before.

about fuel pressure . . . I think if it was before 3 bar, and now below 2, then yes, it' s not the same I can' t see any problem to turn it like was before. I have 2 fuel pressure gauges . . .
