engine breathing problem

i have big problem with oil breathing system.

problem:
i rev to 7200rpm and half liter oil coming under the car from oil catch tank breather hose.
the engine breathing from cyl head and block too.
the catch tank is good.
the oil return hose is 10mm inside. i think its big enough.
the breather hoses are 25mm inside.

what i checked:
breather system clean.
tryed other catch tank.
toke out all sparkplugs, engine turned to valve closing,
gave 5bar pressure from sparkplugs hole. the car moved well in 5th speed.
i checked all cylinders.
compression is same in all cylinder.

i thinked i have a broken piston ring, but now i dont think so.

any idea very welcome.

Could it be the PCV valve?

what is that? what does it do? where is it?
i have no any valve in my breather system.
