Is ok to change the 3b injectors with aan ones and adjustable fpr when i have stage 2 chip from mrc? Will be an improvement? What fuel pressure to use? I have the oportunity to get them for free. I know that they have better spray.
Thank You!
you can't just straight swap them, you would at least need a remap... and the difference is not that great anyway,
3B ones flow more, but as you say, the spray pattern is better for the aan ones...
Depends if you are going to change the turbo and or other components as to whether its worthwhile changing the injectors at all, turbo, intercooler, exhaust manifold then change the injectors and a remap would be worthwhile, but not just the injectors.....
Just my opinion, but reckon others might have a view on this too...!

I think that with the aan injectors the idle speed will be more stable and also the fuel consumtion will be reduced because of the cleaner burn. I don't realy whant more that 276 hp (for the moment ). But the car I whant to run smoother than before. I will try to use fpr at 4 bar and masure the afr. I'm curious!
All the best!
hmm, not sure... my idle speed is exactly 800 rpm, and as stable as anything (apart from when cold...)
Would be interesting, but I am sure you will have other problems, you need to avoid running lean. I am no expert, but I am sure there is a reason why you cant just swop them over... anyone?

Thank You guys!
I have tryed with an adjustable fpr. @ 3.5 3.6 Up to 4.2 bar. No improvement, even worse. The car was much slower than with 3b injectors. i have put back the 3b injectors and the car is pulling like before but the idle speed is not stable. Probably is something else like Lhd Boy said. Still searching.
All the best!

Have you tried cleaning out the Idle Stabilisation Valve? soak in carb cleaner, then lubricate with a small amount of decent oil.... Worked a treat on mine
(by the way, thanks for the advice on mine....)

I have cleaned but not oiled. I will check this tomorow. it feels like missfire, i've changed the plug wires, plugs, distributor with metal gear and new rotor, distributor cap. I use only 100 octane gas. The pup is pumping till 12 bar then stops(no return). The michelin hose is new, no oil marks from the turbo till intake manifold, no oil consumtion, original k24 turbo. I dont know what to do. If somebody has an ideea please help!
All the best!

Bit like my problem too then....
What plugs did you get?
You need to make sure the static timing is spot on, this is quite critical...
After this, we will hopefully be able to sort both our cars out...!
