I am looking at putting a front mount on my URS4 shortly and looking for ideas or tips as there isnt much room at the front as the radiator and aircom is there. I want to keep it as stock looking at possible. Willing to loss some of the bumper.

I have had an early 034 FMIC on my 93 S4 and now have an Apikol FMIC on it. In both cases, the designers worked hard to design pipes that require no joints between the normal samcos and the pipes. The only rubber connectors they require are right at the intercooler (inlet and outlet). Both kits required that the plastic at the back of the bumper be trimmed away. Mind you this is with the larger (deeper) North American bumper with the aluminum channel "rebar". With a Euro bumper like you guys have, you will very likely have to trim a lot from the back of the bumper, at least near the upper corners of the intercooler. A Dremel (or the like) with a Rotor-zip drill-saw "blade" is a powerful friend (be careful, it can eat through plastic like a hot knife through butter if you don't watch it).

Wow. That core is stupidly huge. I don't the insurance company will appreciate it if you have a front end damage accident, since you have removed so much of the strength of the OE bumper.
The 034 and Apikol FMIC cores fit much better than that. (IMO).
