Help with water inn/out to turbo?

Hi!

Sorry to ask maybe a simple question, but where does the in/out for the coolant to the turbo go?

I think maybe i found one canidate, comming out from the watermanifold in front of the engine, Is that for the IN goingwater to the turbo?

ah sorry, forgot the vitals..

Old turbo was a Turbonetics one, Oilcooled only, so all the waterhoses were removed by the old owner.
To replace is the GT3076R

Water flow is from water manifold, water return is underneath Exhaust manifold
