injector problem need answer tonight!

Hi all, my 80 quattro started to run on 4 cylinders earlyer today and I`ve found out that cyl 1 is the problem.. I was driving 20km/h when it started so it is not a burnt piston or something like that..

could i use a s4 injector instead of my 3b injector if the injector is the problem?

what is the flowrate of the 3b injectors vs a s4 aan injector?? too much difference??

Hi, not sure on flow rates, but the 3B injectors flow more than the AAN, however, the pressure on the AAN is higher and the spray pattern is different. You cannot interchange injectors.....

ok.. that is not good news sadly

but the good news is that I`ve been to krb`s garage today and there i saw a 3b inlet manifold with injectors i think.. he was doing the last bolts and nuts on the car before it off to gatebil @ vålerbanen with a new engine in the urQ.. 1033bhp and 1056Nm @2.5bar boost..
