-0.6 BAR is about spot on I would say. My gauge sits between -0.5 and -0.6 at idle

Being an Audi, BAR is the only way to measure it...none of this inHG, PSI, mmH20, Suction of a vacuum cleaner, how fast can you suck a McDonalds shake through a straw, ft lbs/sq rain forest, 15 carbon dioxides rubbish

        Cheers n

Allso im having quick peak boost of 1.7 bar then she sits at 1.5 bar then goes down to about 0.8-1bar by top end rpm on correct gear acceleration, and if i put it in 5th or 6th doing say 30mph or so when she spools up it hits 2 bar on WOT.

all this on standard turbo with AmD remap.

Don't worry James, I'm with you on the 'inHG/PSI' readings - BAR is just so old fashioned!

I wanted to ask another question here about boost reading. After talking about it with Vasilis we had the following question. Is it possible on our engines wih the Motronic to have boost while on Neutral. We have seen many videos on the net showing cars that while on stand hit the Throttle and slowly the turbo starts to Spool and boost rises?

Do they have a lounch control or Anti - Lag on their cars?

                      i.e. see this here
