Fitted Bailey DV30 as a direct replacement for my existing Bosch Valve which was Knackered.
Just want to check its fitted the right way?? it is sitting as the previous one was with the Vac Pipe facing downwards towards the floor, with the straight 25mm pipe at the bottom of the Bailey going into the Bottom Turbo Outlet Hose to the Intercooler and the 25mm pipe that comes off the valve at 90 degrees goes upwards via the short pipe into the Turbo main hose.
The reason i am doubting, is since this has been fitted, the car is flying, but not boosting as high?? i flatten the car in third and fourth etc and its only Boosting at around 5psi?? then let off and the gauge shoots up to 10psi ??
Got any ideas people?????
