    Getting ready for enigne refit

Well after too long to admit to, i have finally got the bits together to get my engine back together and fitted back in the car.
The thing i'm wondering about is the turbo etc has all been sitting in a cupboard in my garage fo over a year, is there anything i should do to it and the hydraulic pump to prime them as such?
And when i have the enigne in what should my start up procedure be with regards to filling everything with fluids?
I hope i remember where evrything goes! When i lifted it all out i was thinking this is easy it all seems to have one place, but well i think i over estimated my memory capacity
Anyway, will let everyone know how it goes! cant wait to drive it again, though i think i will take it easy first mmmmm 5 miles ???
Oh one more question for the buffs to answer, i've got a new crank pulley and bolt, how the do i tighten it with the engin out of the car?
    Thanks
    Mike

One last thing thanks to benneys2 for his engine!!!

@ greenm3 you could put a couple of squirts of oil though the turbo so its not dry and flushs any dirt/dust out plus make sure nothing has dropped inside the compressor.

@ Martinjs unless you have the engine stand bolted to the floor/ big bench you'll find it hard (can be done but youll need a few big blokes to hold her steady o er misses!) have you got a locking tool (I have if you need to borrow ) If you do it after the engines is fitted just dont FORGET

@ Jay no i havent a a locking tool, would very much appreciate it if i can borrow it, though your a quite far away from where i am!
Ive got a high pressure air line, so was thinking off blowing everything out make sure theres nothing in there then getting some oil through the thrubo, same with hydaulic pump bt with hydrauklic fluid.
Thnks for the replys, gives me a bit more peace of mind that hopefully everything will work!

Unfortunatly i live in sussex, in eastbourne if there is a way for someone to get one to me please pm me, the time frame i'm hoping will be in two weeks time so it's not to urgent. I got to do all the seals and gaskets etc first.
              Thnks for the offers!
