I was soo looking forward to being the guinea pig for Wagner's new EM! "10 weeks" - 12 weeks later and no word of even a prototype BUT I suspect that could be the choice if you wanna stay with a cast mani...
being in desparate need of a manifold im thinking of this one which is sold by hamon motors. The costs delivered to me are 460euro and the costs of the mtm unit are 1800euro.I can ceramic coat it and also take it for a gryogenic treatment to give it some more toughness, but the problem that appears then is that there is no room for the MAF.So it has to be eliminated with some sort of new ECU(maybe vems)...has anyone used this manifold without the maf or with it so i can copy it??
cheers
Vasilis
PS>other solution is to give some treatment to my original RS2 manifold and do all this later
Actually I think Wagner actually markets a tubular one thats appears nicely constructed and affordable with the correct Garrett flange. Seems the KKK 26 flange is consigned to the history books.
I know Mark H and Chris (Jogi 730) are using the ones from Repo. They looked pretty solid bits of kit.

move the maf to the pressure side, easily changed during mapping.

Breitling has one on his and it does look like some very nice piece of work.
But thinking of it, he's using a cobrahead elbow too..
Pic found here.
PS. if your aiming that high, why not go for a new ecu or move the maf to the pressure side and just use a HKS type short filter on the turbo if thats the case with not using a cobrahead?
The repo manifold looks like it have some very nice welding
Jamo.... look here too and spot T3 flange (maybe a T4- can't remember now).
Seems I will be getting it back soon now
Any ideas what it's worth?
Cheers

I was planning on moving the MAF to prevent stalling of the Garrett
The cobra head might be a good solution for me as a backup as i'm not aware of any 4" filters
LOL surprise you haven't heard the rumours they are riffe on the forum
Read the rumours.... wanted the low down from the horses mouth.
What power you after? What turbo? What other mods..... you know..... things like that?
Good luck though.... sounds like you got the bug big time?
Cheers
Chris
