    tightening of arp bolts

    hello
    again sorry for the bad english. but i need help with my arp bolts. i have bought arp bolts for the cylinder head, crankshaft and connecting rods.
    i read the papper that follows with the bolts but i dont understand it. maybe im just stupid. and the torque in nm would be nice.
    please help me with this.

      head bolts - in tree steps, 25, 55, 87 Nm
