Hi

i am running a turbonetics ar.63 on the hotside with dash2 shaft and getting full boost at arround 4800rpm will a 7a exhaust cam help with the lag

from what i have been told in the past the power will come in a little higher up the rev range with the 7A exhaust cam

The exhaust cam wont effect lag as such, you lose low down torque to gain BHP higher in the revs.

The only way to make lag better without changing the turbo that I'm aware off are:

stiffer wastegate spring, front mounted inlet manifold and aggressive mapping of duty cycle on the waste gate frequency valve.

Anything else i've missed folks?
