can anyone tell me can i install a k26 turbo straight onto my 3b without modding anything or what would i need to do new to this turbo thing so all help would be most appreciated cheers mike

I would suggest you looked at the turbo more closely to see exactly what you have got...
#K26 can have different specifications....Here is a link which explains better....
Once you know what hotside, compresser, coldside, etc you have, you will be able to learn more...

If it is a stock RS2 turbo it can be fitted straight to a 3B manifold with no probs other than IIRC one of the oil feed lines cut itself a touch short.

Your 3B exhaust manifold will be a limiting factor as (iirc) 300bhp is the limit for it and then its going to be restricting. So you can almost reach this on a remap alone, best bet for more ponnies is the tried and tested k24 7200 this will see you to 360 with a new manifold
