magnecor leads seems to be the popular choice at the moment, have been running them for about 3 years very happy with them

Do you get any sort of gain from these? i.e. less chance of them braking down under load? any marginal performance gain?

not so much a performance gain but I did notice an increase in fuel efficiency of about 10%.

blimey really? 10% increase is not bad from a car like the S2. Which version are u using as i am deciding to either renew the stock ones or go with magnecor...
            Cheers

I didnt notice any difference at all with my Magnecors, apart from they shouldn't have any future troubles and they look very nice.....!
I got 8.5mm red ones, they still fit under the stock cover and can be routed nice and neatly....
