    Pauter Rod GB.

I've talked it over with my business partner, and we are going to go ahead and do a pauter rod GB. We need 10 people for this to work. The group buy ends on march 31st. Here is the deal:

    $800 shipped within the US

$785 +S&H outside of the US

This is for a set of 5 rods.

    This breaks down to:

$160 shipped within the US per rod

$157+S&H outside of the US per rod

This group buy isn't limited to audi. If you want a set of rods for anything else, contact me at Olsonjus@engr.orst.edu

This sale is for the 4340 rods.

Pauter connecting rods are renowned for being material efficient and structurally sound.

The normal price on these rods is $900 for a set of 5. This is the best deal on quality rods you will find.

Here is some more info on Pauter rods:

Here's a quote from a crew cheif of a hotrod class car:

"5:51 PM 2/10/2004) olsonjus: What connecting rods do you prefer for a street/strip car? I'm looking for 150whp per cylinder.
    Thanks,
    Justin

    (2:15 AM 2/11/2004) tony1: pauter, no doubt

(8:04 PM 2/11/2004) olsonjus: Is that what you used in the the hotrod class car?

    (11:09 PM 2/11/2004) tony1: yup, still is

(11:12 PM 2/11/2004) olsonjus: Nice, thanks for the info. I always thought pauters were good, but http://www.theoldone.com doesn't think so much of them. If they work for a car 800+whp car like yours, I have plenty of faith.
    Thanks,
    Justin

(11:13 PM 2/11/2004) tony1: i've broken just about every other brand of rod, but never pauter!"

    Best Regards,
