      I really disagree with that!

If you going to do it go aftermarket with an electronic boost controller. There's plenty on the market.

My car boost quicker with an aftermarket controller although the N75 is currently back in control

N75 sucks I really don't understand why it's so slow in boost control in comparison to a boost controller.

Anyway we can continue this in a new thread lets get back to the GT30R as i've a vested interest in the results :mischeif:

Since he's not getting the result he wants I would think it's obvios he should go another way. A pressure regulator or an electrical boost controller would be my recommendation, since my car kicks your cars *** Jamo, I'm the dude with the better argument here :-)

LMAO @ your car kicks my car comment ........ ( showoff! )

Yep i'm in agreement with using an electronic just not a manual ( bleed valve ).

The problem with them is there's no reduced boost on knock. There's pro's and con's for both systems. I will certainly be testing both in the future again.

Yes I agree with bleed valve. But a regulator gives good guidance for the boost, however as you say, knock is not handled. But then, I have extra engines in stock in case you blow yours up

manual or not manual boost regulator isn' t issue at the moment.

Maybe my first post was bit confused, I can force it hold bit more, there' s not any benfit . . . then it will detonate and have to retard timing (power goes also with it).
If I have time this weekend, I will disconnect n75 and use only wastegate manual regulator. I think this would not help me neither.

For security there' s alway fuel cut- off, even when n75 or something else will fail.

I' m beginning to think that gt30r turbine and hotside just can' t flow as much, to take max. from compressor. Maybe if I got ported head and better cams, then . . .

                thanks

Yepp when I had a T60 with stock head, the turbo started to surge, and if it doesn't surge and you get detonation, you are using too advanced timing. I would say that the tuner have to rethink this a little?? Maybe lower it on the top revs to keep the boost up. Do you know how high the spark advance is on the higher revs?

Very interesting, I plan to have the nutty prof "Mihnea" map mine so I have no fears it will be mapped properly

                        with 2bar overboost 6000-24, 7000-25, 8000 - 26 of advanced. With 98ocatne.
I' d tired to retard it more, but then power went down also.

                        thanks

What power did the T60 turbo make on your car? With what injectors was that?

Read Aronmatic's project thread, he has the .82 GT30R on his 2.2 turbo

not so bad, but the .63 is much better for daily use.
