    G40 replacement

    Car has been ruining a little rough intermittently for a few weeks.

    Changed plugs fitted new coil packs.

    Just put vagcom on and got 00515 g40 intermittent, Makes sense

    Whats involved in replacement ?

    What is the part number ?

    Wheres the best place to get one ?

    All help gratefully received

              G40 code is hall sender code

              Before replacing i would clear all codes and scan again and see if it pops back again

              Hall sender is located on camshaft pully if you do a search on site you will see tips for replacement

                  G40 Polo is quite nippy, I would replace with a S2 part number ABY best source auto trader.
