when cold

Hi guys wondered if someone could help me

When my car is cold mostly in the mornings when i am first driving it seems 2 be flat but only when i put my foot on throttle say more than half way seems as if its not doin any thing this is only at low speeds well intill it warms up a bit

Does it when im accerating slightly and when changing gear for a split second after i change feels as if the engine is dead nothing there

Any ideas

Mine was like this when lambda was throwing a code.
was only when it was cold, a sort of lull in power just after a gear change.
Clearing codes got rid of it for a few days, only for it to return, along with the same code.
New lambda sorted it.
Checked fault codes?
