oil change

I was a bit OTT last oil change, i got hold of some 10W50 Fully synthetic (shell i believe) dirt cheap an engine flush and some of my prefered tipple 10W60 Edge.
I got the engine hot, dropped the old oil, put in the shell 1/2 litre less than reqd with the engine flush ran it for 20 mins, dropped that out---Some of the ****** it lifted was minging, then put the new filter along with the Edge in, just to give her an extre special treatment. She has has a bit of neglect this last 2 years

Changed cheap 10w50 every 200km for coupe (that's once in two month's), and 7k for human carrier (castrol 10w60). Now went to some 10w60 oil (don't remember name, got it from big tank group buy of local tuners), expect to change it every 500km (that's two times per year, because coupe sit's in garage when it's cold or damp ).
