Both (3B and ABY) pull up the same part number for me, 034 905 379 B.

Sore point at the moment So not a good idea to ask me as I can't figure out the bad running on the engine.....
But I am sure that the part works fine....

reason i ask is that the temp sensor on the 3b is hardwired but the ABY one unclips and as i ripped mine off when i removed the engine, duh! forgot to disconnect it, had undone the screws but not gone back to it, the clip version seems a more elegant solution

The FA says if you replace the one on the 3B you also need 443 906 232 which is a 2 pin flat contact housing.
Hardwiring solution sorted
