RS2 injectors from 034 motorsport problems

Ok the copy rs2 injectors from 034 seem to not work with the stock clip that holds the injector to the fuel rail. On My AAN the stock injectors had 2 groves and the "clip" goes into the top grove and holds the injector on the rail. The bottom grove does nothing.

On the 034 there is only 1 grove and its at the lower level so the clip wont grip it. Is their a different clip to use? I have it built up and on the car and it runs ok but just scared of it coming loose and pumping fuel round the plant room.....

Is the fuel rail bolted to the inlet manifold?
The RS2 replicas do not have the provision for the clip.

Yep its all bolted down now. Just it removes another level of safety. Say one of the bolts brake or winds out then the rail would seperate from the injector and .....

Not seen it happen yet.

If it puts your mind at rest the early quattro's (WR etc) don't even have the injectors secured from the factory.
If you are unhappy with the thought of the bolts unwinding then a small dab of loctite on the bolt thread will give piece of mind.
But I would've thought whoever you purchased them from would've told you this?
You got these direct from 034? I don't have you in my records.

Yep got it from 034 direct had this stuff sitting for a while now, not sure you were their importer then. Just worrying over nothing. Cheer mate.
