    3B and 7A disi differences

What if any are the differences between the 7A and 3B distributers. I am asking as will be carrying out a swap soon and the present 7A disi was virtually new with a metal drive gear, so if they are the same I was going to use this to replace the original 3B. Thanks

They are the same but the 7a uses a wider rotor arm tip.

You can use 7A dizzy in 3b, just take dremel or small saw, and cut the copper part where it starts to go wide ant stright angle. If you put 7a and 3b distributor rotors together, you will understand what I mean. Works like charm.
