Boost trouble

Hi to all,

I got a problem that I have some difficulties to solve.

My S2 ABY has been upgraded with RS2 environment.

Before change :

290 HP chips, 7A exhaust cam, RS2 intercooler, forge DV004.
The car worked just fine with 1.5 bar @ 3000 rpm until 1.0 bar @ 7000 rpm

Then now :
RS2 K24 7200 turbo, genuine exhaust RS2 manifold, genuine RS2 injectors (green), genuine S2 fluel pump (to make sure to have enough fuel) + remap.

Before remap, I found the car quite weird because of having boost only after 5000 rpm..... but remap wasnt made yet, so....

But since remap, nothing has really changed, the engine is OK but boost only comes after 4800 rpm (1.8 bar !) ..... and really nothing under (less than 1 bar)

I have checked WG : working fine
I have checked leakage : Nothing

Question : Is it possible for the turbo to boost only after 5000 rpm and why ?
Do you have any ideas of what is going wrong in there ?

with original RS2 eproms you should boost at 3000rpm.If everything is OK then you should check with the remap that you did.I had a chip with my old setup,and still got full boost @3600rpm

MRC live remap.... full trust in him... he did the best the car could do !!!!!

tested a 2.2 bar @ 3700 rpm motronic of a friend of mine, and it didn't change anything..... remap is not the cause !!!!

nothing comes up on vagcom etc?

I've heard of cars before with damaged cams that resulted in no boost at all but your problem is different as its coming in late, does the car tick over fine and on part throttle etc go fine and only result in this problem on WOT?
