they r not very good as they fool the ecu into thinking that there is less boost/airflow than there really is, so the engine will start to run lean. If u use it with some sort of fuel enricher u can increase the fuel to compensate for more boost but things start to get very complicated and DET is never far away.

Prob cheaper and safer in the long run to get it mapped
