3B/ABY/ADU have same sump and baffle plate.
NM & 7A have same sump as above but the wrong baffle plate.

AAN lists variant of sump, but same baffle.

I thought the 3B sump was different because the oil return is to the block and not the sump as in the ABY / ADU / AAN with Aircon or is it blanked off on the 3B?

Well Jamo, my young apprentice... There is a different 'flange' called up against the sump on those engines *without* aircon fitted. Totally impossible to say what that is from the hideous family pic.

But if you are NON aircon 3B/ABY/ADU or any NM/7A then you need the extra flange unt gasket. Thats how I read it anyhoo

Ah so it's the same sump except it's blanked off but if your not running air-con you can use the 034 145 781 as a replacement for the original!

If you have S2/RS2 without aircon you need the 781 flange and gasket.

If you are running with aircon then you don't need them.

Its the same sump for all - except AAN which has some other variation.

S4/6 has a taller engine bay as a consequence sump is deeper and wider and does not require additional bolt on area for capacity.. it will fit a s2 / Ur engine bay though..
