Stem seal and valve guide removal

Does anyone in the Wirral area have a tool that can help with the removal of the stem seals from the 20V head. The present ones have become hard and brittle and refuse to move with pliers of any sort. Failing this I will have to remove the whole valve guide and fit new ones with the new seals. What is the best way of removing these too. Thanks

Looks like you need to do some stem-seal research...
