ECU Fault code? Internal Control Module Memory Error

got the same code,did you find a solution?
im getting the same signs.Turn the engine off,code appears.Turn on and erase the code doesnt reappear.Earth cables on manifold are checked.I need to check other earth grounds as well

My money says its a checksum error on one of the ECU chips. Sometimes the tuner gurus forget to do that. I can do it if required.
