Recommendations for turbo refurb ?

I now have a RS2 turbo

I want it refurbed as there is a little bit of play, crack in the hotside housing but more so as i want a 360 degree bearing instead of the oe 270

Google brings up turbo technics, turbo centre etc just wondering if anyone has any recommendations ?
