    Boost problem+vaccum lines

I discovered today that the vaccum hose going to the EVAP in front of the passengers side area, was broken of from it's tip!!! Its the item that works the recirculation on the A/C!!!!

not only that,it is so difficult to reach, even if i manage to find the part,i may have to remove the whole dash to reach it!

Anyway,as it was bloowing/vaccuming from there i managed to tap the hose with a screw.

The boost issue which i dont know if it is related to this or not is this:
What it does is that: from 3500rpm to 4000rpm ONLY when i do gear changes after WOT or part throttle it judders, and as soon as it hits 4000rpm it goes on without problems hitting 1.9bar etc as usual. If i go WOT in any gear from 2000rpm and on,it does not stutter or judder.Only in the gear changes. Also if i change gear and do not go near that rpm area, then it will be ok as well.Strange, huh?
can this be a boost leak???
and it only does it on that rpm range? While it is doing it the boost gauge shows just the increace of the needle from 1bar to 1.5bar and so forth.
can this be something like MAF problem or the N75valve problem??(although both are new)

the vaccum unit part number is 191 820 677B for the electronic climate control and i found that it costs around 130euro new.Hopefully i can have it on monday to replace it.However does anyone know if it is possible to replace without removing the whole dashboard?

visually checked everything and i couldnt find anything...would a boost leak cause only a temporary issue?
something i forgot to mention is that only temporaraly on the first diagnostic,it also brought up the mixture adaptation code, although it never came up after that...

just did a quick PCV visual check again and vacuum lines in the engine compartment and everything seems in order.Flame deflector in place and very very clean as well.
