I don't have many compressor maps available so I don't know what exactly the market offers, but for example Innovative turbo purchases a T61 Garret cold side wich has a huge flow range with very high CR. From the map I have it seems to have also a much better surge line compared to the GT35R and still delivering some 3.5 bar CR at 550 lb/min flow (3.2 bar the GT35R) and 3.2 bar CR at 600 lb/min flow (2.95 bar the GT35R).
It might have bigger lag compared to the GT35R, though. But I don't know this for sure, not having size differences of hausings and impellers.
Hold on some more days Timucin. Take your time for choosing the best option for your setup. You might ask directly Innovative Turbo, Turbonetics and whoever else for offering the right turbocharger for your application.

ITS GT61
The GT61 has capacity for some real HP. Here is a link to a video of a 3B with "my" GT61 and manifold 613hp / 667 Nm at 1.85 bar

Marco: With "my" GT61 and manifold I ment a similar turbo/manifold-combination to mine, it's not my car/engine in the video. Hope to fire mine up for the first time in 2-4 weeks
