now the engine problem... another one

Ok... I've installed the NM camshaft and torqued the bolts to 15Nm each one. But something is kinda weird.... It seems to be quiet hard to move the camshafts. When I was trying to rotate them I did not realized that the cam pulley wasn't strongly bolted and I broke the small tooth inside the pulley... well that is not the big problem...I can resolve that but my big doubt is about the camshaft rotation ! would be because the AAN cam is thinner than the NM's??? what can you say about it guys??

Did you torque down those camshaft bolts in the right order and place the caps in the correct way round ?

Even with loose cam pulley bolt you should have been able to hand crank the camshafts without much stress.

With everything installed it's hard to turn the camshafts. Valve springs are hard...

It is really hard to turn an engine with the camshafts. You are actually 2 rotation of crankshafts for 1 of the cams. And the friction adds up also.

well no piston is touching the valve, the crankshaft did maximum 30degrees with my hand, no sparks on. Ok I'll try to move them with the pulley bolted and torqued (I have a manual that says 65Nm for the AAN camshaft bolt) once I get the pulley repaired!!!
