Pretty crap chip.
peaks at 13psi drops to 10psi@3500rpm then builds to 14psi again at about 4500rpm onwards. So when u want the push in the back in mid range it just aint there.
cant wait for the turbo and intercooler to arrive and get some real power out of this thing.
Beetie, do u have a turbo and intercooler or r u still on the look out for them

Still on the lookout, was tempted with timucin's but feel that i could get it for the same price over here without postage (no offence timucin). Best way is to wait for somebody to go mad with a big turbo and buy off them, but its just a case of waiting.....

Yeah its timucin's stuff i have bought Turbo and intercooler, that is once he has removed it all and checked all is well. Price wise could prob get it over here same price or less i agree but my car is far to sloooooow so cant wait. I think the evo has spoiled me

Yeah, I've got one of those too. Had it in for a while, but took it out again since I (still) have a WOT problem and don't quite trust the chip to have all the protection stuff that the standard and home fried ones do.
It's supposed to do 195kw and 400Nm, but it only felt slightly faster than the stock. I am rather going to get home fried though, for the sake of the engine and my bank account
..now if I could just cure the blasted WOT problem that comes and goes ...sigh

Ah, i used to have one of these!! Boost is controlled mechanically by the wastegate only!! That is just the fuelling/ignition chip.
Peak boost should be around 1.1 bar, 16 psi ish. I can say that it is a crap chip setup. Bring on Mihnea/Pauls chips. They are awesome.sigpic
