I'm about to order the TPS new from Germany, finally did the decision.
I really hope this will help.
Anywho, when I get it later on, will it be a straight forward swap?
Does the throttlebody have to come off?

Update
I have now mounted the new TPS.
One word:
WOW
the power and torque is just amazing, pulling like a madman to the redline.
I think i actually have solved the problem, after just 11 months of error tracking
