Oh and before I forget, the formed special hose that goes between the turbo (Heat resistant I assume) and the WGFV (the small bore vacuum hose), where can I get an alternative that does not cost the earth? (New of course)

Not sure the Samco water spec stuff is up to the job in terms of heat resistance - the stuff I got from SFS is really heavy duty and has special layer(s) for heat protection. You wouldn't get that on a water hose IMO.
