    Throttle body linkage snapped

The end stop that catches the cable on the throttle body linkage has snapped off and disappeared along with the little metal clip that sits on the top and secures the cable in. It's currently gaffer taped together as it was the only way I could get home from Nottingham.

I spoke to Audi today and from looking at ETKA the parts guy couldn't sus out whether I could be able to buy the parts I need (i.e. the black plastic bit + metal clip) or whether it'd be a whole throttle body at **** knows how much (£700+, yeah right!).

    Anyone else had this/got a fix/other ideas?

    Cheers

034 do a metal version of the black plastic piece (£70ish), the only spare part you can buy for the throttle body afaik

Throttle cam - that's a better word for it. Found it on 034, $130 (not cheap!)

Is it possible to buy an OEM one?

The clips for the stock throttle body are -
        811 721 673 A
        and
        893 129 559 A

Can't seem to isolate a part for the throttle cam - being plastic I guess its a weakness that 034 have identifed, but even with the mighty exch rate, that is a lot of money for a dippy little bracket.
