Catchtank

Hi

I just mounted a new catchtank in my S2 ABY, and now it makes this enoying pling sound.. Is that normal? I also mounted a new forge 007 resirk, but I dont think it has anything to do with that.. Although the sound comes when I`m supose to hear the resirk.. Anyone have a clue?

If it is when you should hear the recirc, than I think that's were you should start looking.
Having problems to see why the catch tank would sound like that.

I presume the forge valve is serviceable, open it up and look for faults.
And try sucking/blowing on/in the connections to reproduce that sound.

The forge is brand new, and I checked it before installation..
But youre saying there is not supose be a sound like that??

Yes, I understand that it's brand new, but they can be faulty too.
If you have already checked it we can rule that one out then.

I'm not sure I actually understand your "pling" sound, can you describe it in another way?

You have never heard it before?

Forge is back to front. Reverse it and the problem will go away. Had the same on mine.
